How we work with you
Buying a piece is the smallest part of what we do. Most of our clients come to us for the hour before and the fitting after.
One appointment, everything
Styling, fitting and alteration can all happen in the same visit. Tell us what you need when you book and we will set the time aside.
Everything in-house
Design, pattern-cutting, sewing and finishing all happen in our own atelier. Nothing is sent away, which is why lead times mean something.
Quoted before we start
Custom work is quoted after the first consultation and confirmed in writing. No commission begins on an estimate.
In detail
Personal Styling
A wardrobe that works for your life, not just your event.
One-on-one guidance to build a wardrobe around your life, your body and your calendar. We look at what you already own, what you actually reach for, and what is missing — then we fill the gaps deliberately rather than piece by piece. Sessions run in the boutique or over video, and you leave with a written edit you can shop from over the following season.

Custom Design
A piece that exists only for you, from concept to final stitch.
Bespoke design and making — from the first conversation and fabric selection through to the final stitch. You will see sketches, handle the fabric before anything is cut, and fit the garment at least twice. Custom pieces take eight to twelve weeks and are quoted after the first consultation.

Alterations
Expert in-house tailoring, so every piece fits like it was made for you.
Hem, waist, bust, strap and length adjustments carried out in our own atelier rather than sent away. Alterations on any Saint Therese piece are complimentary within thirty days of purchase; we also take in outside pieces for occasion wear when our diary allows.

Private Fittings
The boutique to yourself, for as long as you need it.
An unhurried appointment with the rail to yourself — just you, the people whose opinion you trust, and someone who knows every piece in the collection. No queue, no shared changing room, and no pressure to decide on the day. Ideal for bridal parties and for clients shopping a full occasion look.

Corporate & Special Occasion Dressing
Considered dressing for teams, events and the moments that matter.
Coordinated dressing for events, teams and milestone occasions — bridal parties, awards evenings, conference keynotes, campaign wardrobes and corporate gifting. We coordinate palette, fabric and finish across a group without anyone ending up in a uniform, and we handle sizing and delivery centrally.

Up to two hours, the rail to yourself, and honest advice. There is no obligation to buy on the day.
Fitting and finishing
Alterations are done in-house and returned within five to ten working days — faster if you have a date.

A piece that exists only for you
Custom design is the deepest service we offer — eight to twelve weeks, four visits, and a garment made from nothing but a conversation and a measurement chart. Bridal commissions run longer and are handled the same way.
