The Heritage Collection
A tribute to old-world elegance and craft.
Craft that takes time
The Heritage Collection exists because some techniques cannot be rushed and should not be lost. Feather work, hand-corsetry, boned bodices, covered buttons, hand-rolled hems — the parts of dressmaking that machines do badly and people do beautifully.
These are the slowest garments we make. A Heritage piece typically carries between forty and eighty hours of hand-work, and the collection is deliberately small because there are only so many of those hours in a season.

Hand-work, counted
Every Heritage piece is logged by hours worked, and that record travels with the garment.
Traditional internal structure
Corsetry, boning and waist stays built the way they were built before fusible interfacing existed.
Made once
Heritage pieces are produced in very small numbers and are frequently the ones our clients keep for good.
