A constant trickle of new product means nothing is finished properly. Two drops a year gives every piece a full development cycle: sample, fit, correct, produce.
Timed to how you actually dress
September lands ahead of summer weddings, matric dances and December. March lands ahead of the long-evening season. Neither follows the northern-hemisphere calendar.
Carried over deliberately
Pieces that work in both seasons stay in the collection rather than being retired for the sake of newness. Everything else moves to the sale rail.
